Quintain Living, Ireland’s largest privately owned residential developer, wanted a full rebrand to reflect their new ambitions and standards of excellence and heritage. I provided art direction as part of the team at bandstand who delivered a brand new proposition, visual identity and of course, a new name, Evara.

We centred the relaunch around the concept of making plans. This aligned with Evara’s big ambitions as well as their commitment to helping buyers reach life milestones and plan for the long term. A cinematic brand film showcases life in Evara homes, while a launch film interviews executive staff about their bold vision for the future and the Irish housing market. Photography for Evara’s new content bank celebrates warm moments at home like prepping dinner and morning feeds – the small stuff that we all know is really the big stuff.
